As the owner, Principal Broker, and REALTOR Association Certified Residential Broker, I have over 40 years of experience in the residential real estate business. I owned and operated a ‘National Top 100’ national franchise company from 1975 to 2007.
Now I personally market, list, sell and consult in all aspects of residential real estate including used homes, upper end properties, first time buyers, new construction, unit sales, residential investment, residential land development, subdivisions, and residential land acquisition. I do short sales, REO/foreclosure sales, pre-foreclosure negotiations and problem loan work-out negotiations. If you owe more on your property than is property is worth, I can sell it for you via a SHORT SALE even if you are in foreclosure. If you have a residential project to sell or that is in trouble, I do work-out planning and brokerage services in cooperation between you and your lender(s).
For over 35 years I have done sales seminars, real estate training and guest lectures for the Eugene and State of Oregon Realtor Association, Lane Community College, University of Oregon and the Lane County Home Builders Association on all aspects of residential real estate.

I have personal, first-hand experience in every aspect of residential real estate business having owned and operated the following businesses:

1. 150-agent residential franchise brokerage company-32 years
2. 20-loan officer mortgage company-22 years
3. a title/escrow company-12 year
4. a land development company-12 year
5. a new home building company-12 year
6. a property management company that managed over 1000 units-20 years
7. a real estate and general business marketing company-5 years
8. a full services insurance company-5 year
9. a pre and post licensing real estate training and education company-15 years
